Standard Terms & Conditions for Sandwich Lunches & Drop-off Buffets

Please confirm numbers at least 2 weeks in advance.

Depending on the nature of the event, we may ask for a deposit of 20%. We will outline any cancellation terms upon confirmation of a booking.

Standard payment terms are 15 days.

All orders are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Delivery for buffets is within one hour of the requested time. If you require a more definite time, please let us know.

The standard delivery charge is £5 within the Oxford ring road, but this may be higher depending on time of day and day of the week. Outside of the ring road the delivery charge will be calculated based on distance and timing.
